This course provides hands-on training with Check Point’s Threat Prevention technology. Students will learn how to configure Check Point to control access to millions of websites while applying real-time protections that block botnets, Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), and zero-day attacks.
Students should have had CCSA training or possess equivalent knowledge. In addition, students should have a solid understanding of networking concepts, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and certificate management.

How to configure IPS protections and investigate attacks.
About Anti-Bot and Antivirus protections and how to investigate attacks.
How to deploy Threat Emulation.
How to use Check Point’s data analysis tools (SmartLog and SmartEvent) to find and analyze attacks.
